  • Gemological testing revealed characteristics consistent with those of Natural Sapphire from:
  • CountrySri Lanka
  • Sri Lanka mines produce sapphire since ancient times, it has been well established by 1292, when Marco Polo first landed the Gem Island. To this day, it is still one of the most prominent sapphire producers in the world. The famous sapphire at the heart of Princess Diana's engagement ring is from Sri Lanka too.

  • Natural sapphire with 13.98 carats without treatment is a true rarity, only small amount of the sapphires in the trade has such quality traits. It possesses charming blue color with very good lustre that delivers a good amount of brilliance. Based on these factors, this natural sapphire deserves our special mention and appreciation.
